We will issue a replacement, if available, or if one is not available we will issue a credit to your original method of payment upon our receipt of the damaged merchandise. Please save the shipping box and packing materials. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
If you need to return an item for any other reason, it must be returned in the brand new, unopened original packaging.
We do not allow returns of opened and/or used merchandise. We must receive the return within 14 days of your receipt of the package. Please contact us at
info@paperdelight.com or 1-866-773-9333 for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please ship the item back to us with proper packaging, via an insured and trackable method, for your protection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns on software or die cutting machines.
