Shipping Information
We understand that you want to receive your items as quickly as possible, so most orders will ship within 1 business day of you placing your order. If an item that you order is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would like to wait, select another item, or cancel your order. We try to keep everything in stock, but due to strong demand we may sometimes sell out of an item unexpectedly.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are charged to your card when you place your order. Pre-order item quantities are limited to what we have placed on order with the supplier. The item may sell out during pre-order stage, so it is best to order early. The merchandise will ship to you as soon as it arrives in our store. Estimated shipping dates are generally provided on the pre-order item page. In the rare occasion that we are not able to ship a pre-order (due to manufacturer delays, cancellations, etc), we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your original method of payment. USA Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $ 75.00 (within the USA). For all USA orders under $ 75.00 a flat rate shipping fee of $ 4.95 will be applied to your order. We will ship your order via either USPS or UPS, depending on the weight and value of the package. Sales tax will only apply to shipments within New York state. Shipping prices and/or free shipping offers are subject to change at any time.
International Shipping
We handle all International orders through Paypal. If you would like to place an order, please e-mail us at
info@paperdelight.com with the quantity and items that you would like, as well as the country that it will be shipped to, and we will get right back to you with your shipping options and costs. You can then decide if you would like to proceed with your order, and we will then send you a detailed Paypal invoice. We feel that this is a fair way to handle International orders, so you are not overcharged for flat rate shipping if you only want a few small items. There may be some items that we are unable to ship Internationally. We will let you know if something that you want cannot be shipped Internationally.
Please note that any customs fees/duties are the responsibility of you, the customer. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (customs/postal delays). Please allow ample time for your order to arrive. We reserve the right to dicontinue our International shipping option at any time.
